5. What had once happened to Tommy’s teacher?

Ans: Margie had regular days and hours for school. The time was quite fixed except for Saturday and Sunday. Because her mother had a belief that learning at regular hours helps her to learn Better.

7. How does Tommy describe the old kind of school?

Ans: Tommy describes that it was a building. Tommy describes old schools as fun, with human teachers and classmates. They laughed and sought together at the end of the day they left for their houses.

Ans: Margie and Tommy had h mechanical teachers they don’t have their classroom and classmates or any friend they taught at their houses and home they taught at a fixed time in computer the old system of education are not present.

The school rooms of Margie and Tommy were next to their room. The mechanical teachers were always at the same time. The mechanical teachers give them homework. The old system of education is fun according to Margie and Tommy.

2. Why did Margie hate school? Why did she think the old kind of school must have been fun?

Ans: Margie hated school due to the mechanical teacher’s strictness. She had to do homework and test papers. She didn’t have classmates or friends she taught by a mechanical teacher. She thought the old school system was fun because they sat together and were taught by a human teacher. They laughed and shouted back home together.

3. Do you agree with Margie that school days are more fun than the school in the story? Give reason for your answer.
