Why Is Marks Entry Important?
The board has clearly stated that marks entry for every student who appeared in the HS First Year Examination is mandatory. Students whose marks are not uploaded may face difficulties in obtaining eligibility for future examinations, including the HS Final Examination.
Therefore, schools and colleges must ensure that all student records are entered correctly within the extended deadline.
Important Notice for Institutions
ASSEB has also issued a strict warning to institutions that have failed to upload the marks of the Class XI Annual Examination. The board stated that continued non-compliance may result in the cancellation of the institution’s affiliation.
This step highlights the importance of maintaining accurate academic records and following board guidelines within the specified timeline.
Conclusion
Institutions that have not yet completed the HS First Year Exam 2026 marks entry should utilize this final opportunity provided by ASSEB. Completing the process before June 15, 2026, is essential to ensure students remain eligible for future examinations and to avoid administrative action from the board.
